RETURNS:
In the event that that items have been forwarded to you that have not been ordered, please return the goods to What’s the Alternative, 11 Howard Court Bandon, Co. Cork, Ireland within 15 days of purchase. However in the interest of hygiene any seals, closures or any product that has been used or tested cannot be refunded or exchanged. All packaging must be return in good condition and any bespoke items or special orders cannot be returned if they are damaged or defective.
All refund once accepted by us will be forwarded to you within 30 days.
DAMAGED GOODS
Any goods received damaged please contact within 2 working days of receipt of goods. The goods should be returned with original invoicing and packaging. We will offer you a full refund or replacement including the cost of postage.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES:
Please notify us immediately of cancellations or changes to your order by email alternativemagazine@eircom.net If your order has been processed and despatched then return the items on receipt of them and a full refund will be given less the cost of any carriage charges incurred.
DISPATCH:
Every effort will be made to dispatch within 2 days. We will endeavour to dispatch any orders made before 11.30pm, the same day. All out of stock items will be notified by e-mail. All deliveries within Ireland (Eire) will be sent via An Post. Express delivery will be made via courier and charged accordingly.
At busy periods such as Christmas dispatch will take longer, so please order in plenty of time.
We cannot be held liable for any delivery delays made by postal, courier services or any third parties.
