In a Consultation:

The first consultation takes approximately 1 hour.  In that time the following is carried out:-

* Full medical history:

A full medical history is taken, which includes a record of all prescription medication, past illnesses, genetic traits etc.

* Diet record:

Patients get worried that huge changes will be made to their diet.  This is not the case.  We are just looking for the “triggers” that may contribute to their skin condition.

*  Topical applications:

Advising on the most suitable topical creams etc, and the most appropriate way to look after the skin.

* Assessment of lifestyle protocols:

Research has shown that the influence of anxiety, worry and stress has a direct influence on certain skin conditions.

Sabina Jennings studied at the College of Phytotherapy and graduated in Phytotherapy – plant medicine from University of Wales. She went on to study for her diploma in Iridology at the London School of Iridology and which was taught by Dr Helena Benson, a Russian Doctor and an expert in Iridology.

Whilst studying for her Phytotherapy degree, Sabina enjoyed part of her clinical training with Dr Tony Bewley, consultant dermatologist at Whipps Cross Hospital London.

In 2010 that Sabina was awarded her diploma in Dermatology, an orthodox medicine qualification, by the Australian Institute of Dermatology under the tutorage of Dr Ian McColl.

Sabina now specialises in Natural Dermatology   – Acne and Eczema Clinics being a speciality, and she encompasses all her specialities into her consultations:

In the Summer of 2011 Sabina formed the Irish College of Iridology and has a modular programme of training for practitioners who wish to become Iridologists.
